- Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product with photo proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
At our store, every product is custom-made specially for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or design preference.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If there is any issue related to:
- Printing or embroidery errors
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:
- Please contact us within 3–5 days of receiving your order.
- Need a video proof of opening of package.
- Share clear photos of the issue along with your order details.
- Our team will review and arrange a replacement promptly.
