Yes! Most of our products come with a digital preview/mockup so you can check the design before finalizing your order.
Standard processing takes 3–5 business days for customization. Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Priority/express options are also available.

Since each item is custom-made, returns are limited. However, if there’s any error in printing/embroidery or product quality, we’ll replace it free of charge.
We recommend .png, .jpeg, .pdf, or .ai files in high resolution. For embroidery, we also accept .dst, .pes, .jef and other machine formats.
Yes, you don’t need a logo or artwork. You can add your favorite quotes, names, or initials in your chosen font and style.
Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
For best results, wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low. For embroidery, avoid harsh scrubbing on the design area.
